
Refund Policy

Every new PC at Skyforge PC is built with separately ordered components. Because of this, the best course of action for any potential malfunction related to parts will be addressed through the respective component manufacturer's (i.e. ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, etc.) customer service/RMA process.

Skyforge PC, as part of social media interests, takes pictures and video of the build process. If it is determined that components are malfunctioning because of installation error after review of said pictures and video, there will be a no-cost replacement of the components in question.

Customers have up to 15 business days from the date of system delivery or pick-up for "buyer's remorse" or shipping related refund requests. For "buyer's remorse" requests, refunds will be given at 90% of the total cost of ordered components up until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the 15th business day with the remaining 10% kept as a restocking fee. From Midnight on the 16th business day onward, there will be no refunds given.

For shipping related damage issues, Skyforge PC will investigate and communicate regularly with the affected customer until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
There will be NO refunds given for customer negligence, customer related damage, or "porch pirates" (see Shipping Policy).
